Building and supporting our own products taught us what breaks when real customers arrive: edge cases, dirty data, integrations that time out, and users who ask the question nobody anticipated.
Most AI projects stall for exactly those reasons. The model is rarely the hard part. The hard part is the workflow around it — the guardrails, the escalation path, the permissions, the evaluation set, the monitoring and the honest conversation about which steps should not be automated at all.
So we build agents the way we build products: scoped narrowly, measured before launch, integrated properly and owned after go-live. That is the whole proposition.
