Yes. Blocks are per engineer, so a two-person pod for a month is simply two monthly blocks. For larger programmes we assign a named technical lead at no extra charge.
They roll forward within the engagement period, and we warn you before a block is exhausted so you can top up or stop cleanly. We never silently burn a block.
