What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or hiring request we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, project type, service area, hours block, budget range, timeline and the message you write. We do not collect special-category personal data, and we ask you not to include it in enquiry messages.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to proceed, to carry out the resulting engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
• We do not add you to a marketing list or newsletter without your explicit request.
• We do not use your enquiry content to train AI models.
• We do not share your details with third parties except the service providers described below.

Service providers

Enquiries are delivered by email and stored in our business email system. Our website is served by our hosting provider, which processes standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and reliability purposes. These providers process data on our instructions only.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets a single functional session cookie. It exists to protect the enquiry forms against cross-site request forgery and expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels, and the site loads no external fonts, scripts or analytics by default. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

Client project data

Where we process data on behalf of a client during an engagement — including data used in AI agents, retrieval systems or integrations — that processing is governed by the separate contract and data processing terms signed for that engagement, not by this website policy. We agree data boundaries, retention and access controls in writing before any access is granted.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months so we can maintain continuity of conversation, after which it is deleted unless it forms part of an active client relationship or we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated server-side, rate-limited and CSRF-protected. Access to enquiry correspondence is restricted to the members of our team who need it to respond.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with a data protection authority and you are unhappy with our response, you may lodge a complaint with that authority.
