Any engagement with SIZH IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, intellectual property, confidentiality, data processing and liability, signed by both parties before work begins.

The content on this website describes our services and capabilities. Service descriptions, indicative timelines and engagement models are provided for information and do not constitute an offer, a quotation or a warranty of a particular outcome. Timelines shown on service pages are typical ranges from past work, not commitments; the timeline for your project is agreed in writing after scoping.

Where a page states that a service requires a specialist partner or additional capability, that qualification forms part of the description and should not be read as a claim that we deliver it ourselves.

Project work and ownership

For contracted engagements, our standard position is that you own the code, prompts, configuration, evaluation sets and documentation we produce for you, and that repositories and infrastructure are handed over at the end of the engagement. The binding version of this, including any exceptions for pre-existing components and third-party licences, is the one in your signed agreement.

Availability

We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every page is free of error or fully current. We may change, add or remove content, including service descriptions, at any time.
